Triple AAA Driving School – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Triple AAA Driving School! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our services. By enrolling in any of our driving lessons or programs, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. General Information

Triple AAA Driving School provides professional driving lessons, road safety education, and certification courses for individuals seeking to learn how to drive or improve their driving skills.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in any driving lessons or programs offered by Triple AAA Driving School, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 17 years of age.
  • Hold a valid learner’s provisional license for the category that you desire to learn. (Obtained at the post office)
  • Be able to understand and follow instructions in English.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Scheduling: All driving lessons must be booked in advance through our booking system, either online or by phone.
  • Payment: Triple AAA Driving School has flexible payment methods. We accept all methods of payments that are acceptable in the Falkland Islands.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds may be available under certain conditions. Please refer to our Refund Policy section below.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please provide at least [24/48 hours] notice. Failure to do so may result in a [cancellation fee or forfeit of the lesson].
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson without prior notice, you may be charged the full amount of the lesson.

5. Lesson Packages and Pricing

  • Pricing: Our driving lesson packages and individual lesson prices are subject to change. The current prices will be displayed on our website or provided upon inquiry.

6. Instructor Conduct

All instructors at Triple AAA Driving School are experienced  and qualified. They are expected to:

  • Treat all students with respect and professionalism.
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations during lessons.
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable learning environment.

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled lessons.
  • Be sober and alert during lessons (No alcohol or drugs).
  • Follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.
  • Treat the instructor and vehicle with respect.

If, in the instructor’s judgment, a student is unfit to drive due to impairment or other reasons, the lesson may be cancelled, and the student will be charged.

8. Safety and Liability

  • Insurance: All driving lessons are conducted with fully insured vehicles. However, students using their own vehicles are required to have their own car insurance coverage in case of any accidents or damage that occurs during their training.
  • Liability: Triple AAA Driving School is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that occurs during lessons, except where such injury or damage is caused by negligence on the part of our instructors or staff.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during your registration and lessons will only be used for the purposes of providing driving instruction and related services.
  • Data Protection: We adhere to all relevant data protection laws in our jurisdiction. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

10. Use of Vehicles

Students are permitted to use Triple AAA Driving School vehicles during lessons. Students are responsible for:

  • Following the instructor’s guidelines for the operation of the vehicle.
  • Not allowing other individuals to drive the vehicle unless authorized by the instructor.

11. Course Completion and Certification

Upon successful completion of the required driving lessons and passing the final driving test (if applicable), students will receive a certificate of completion or other documentation as required by local laws. The certification is subject to the student meeting all requirements, including road test success.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • If Triple AAA Driving School cancels a lesson due to instructor unavailability or other reasons.
  • If a student provides adequate notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy above.

Refunds will not be issued for lessons that have already been taken, or for cancellations made with less than the required notice.

13. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Triple AAA Driving School reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Falkland Islands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Falkland Islands.
